• for shoots in remote areas: Tanah Lot, Ubud, Candidasa, Bedugul, Kintamani, Amed, Munduk, Lovina — the client covers the taxi (car) round trip, as traffic on the island is difficult, distances are long, and weather conditions vary (high temperature/sun/rain). Normally, getting to the location by bike can take 4–6 hours round trip, which is physically very challenging, so I kindly ask for your understanding regarding this point
• if the location requires an entrance fee (beach access/attraction/waterfall, etc.), the ticket for the photographer is covered by the client
• for a great result, all I need from you is trust; I kindly ask you to study my style and vision before booking a shoot, so it will be easier for us to feel each other and create an amazing result
• I do not separate shoots into creative, individual, or commercial for brands, because I approach every shoot with great love and creativity, feeling the client’s wishes and giving 100% to achieve a WOW result and enjoy the process
• if you are a brand and would like to create content with me, the conditions are discussed individually based on your ideas, wishes, and goals
• the photos selected for retouching and the video clips for editing are chosen by me
• I do not apply heavy retouching, do not change faces or body shapes, turning you into another person (but I do remove temporary skin imperfections) — I stand for naturalness and a subtle sense of beauty in every wonderful character
• even if our shoot is planned in a single location, I always create very diverse shots + apply different color solutions in post-processing (based on the light in the photo and my feeling of the frame) — this way you receive many images with different moods, creating the impression that we changed several locations throughout the day :)
• the sound design and music for your video are also chosen by me, based on the feeling and emotional tone of the final footage, but if you have a specific music preference, please let me know in advance
• I gently guide you throughout the entire process and always help with posing; shooting with me is always easy, enjoyable, and with the feeling that we’ve known each other our whole life :)
• I may use the photos/videos from our shoot in my portfolio on social media. If you are against this, please inform me in advance
• to reserve your shooting date, a 20% prepayment is required (it guarantees the date for you). The prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation on your side and can be transferred to another date once
• Bali often has unpredictable weather, and it may rain on the day of the shoot — in this case, we (gracefully 😉) move the shoot to another suitable date
